We are SO excited to walk with you in this next step of obedience to Christ!
Please fill out each question prayerfully, concisely, and clearly. The last 4 questions will be what you share as a testimony before the congregation. When you submit your form, the elders will review it and get back to you with any questions. 

We will do our best to accommodate each person, but please be aware that we may ask you to switch services in order to keep our services on schedule.
